Cooperation process and after-sales service for new customers
一．Communicate with customers via phone and invite them to come to our factory for investigation and visit.
二．Know well about customers’ industry field and requirement on micorpowder parameter.
三．Based on our pratical experiences in the same industry for nearly twenty years, we provide customers the optimum and reasonable suggestions on product model.
四．Send sample and test report to customers first for their checking and reference.
五．It’s available to deliver in small batch for the purpose of customer’s experiment on small samples.
六．After customer’s confirmation, , follow this as standard and go into production, keep some samples so that both sides can check in the future.
七．Visit customers regularly or follow-up phone calls, understand customer requirement in time and provide after-sales service support.
1. The raw materials we provided to customers are same as the test report for them, the report will be delivered with the products together.
2. The sample for each batch of our micropowderwill be remained permanently so that customers can check them at any time.
3. When customers raise questions in the process of usage, we will ask our professional and technical personnel to reach customer’s facotry at once to help them to analysize the reasons. Also we will provide the use of this batch of micropowder by other customers to help customers to figure out why, then help to solve this issue at last. We will be responsible for all the losses caused by our raw materials.
